Project Overview:
Teneo was formed in 2011 and and started to develop a strong presence in the UK market in 2015. Teneo formed a connection with 345 through their head-hunting of a previous client – Matt Smyth. Matt reached out to 345 due to his affiliation with our services at previous establishments, and offered up the opportunity to support the multinational corporation with a national office roll out.
The initial project began in Leeds, with our team eventually completing projects across the country in locations like Manchester, Birmingham, Cardiff and Bristol, followed by smaller projects in Newcastle, Glasgow and Edinburgh.
The diversification of our services meaning we can travel to spaces across a wider area has been what has kept the fire in our bellies, creating an exciting and driven working environment for collaboration between our employees and our clients.
The Brief:
Teneo required a series of high-quality office fitouts across multiple locations, executed to best fit their current office design style. Each office needed to reflect their global brand while adapting to different building constraints. The rollout had to be efficient, scalable, and considerate of multi-tenant environments. When working alongside Teneo, noise and disruption was carefully managed, with phased delivery across multiple locations with various specifications as well as maintaining consistency in design execution while adapting to any site-specific limitations.
Outcome:
All spaces were delivered on time and to a consistent standard, supporting Teneo’s rapid UK expansion. The partnership has grown to include ongoing support for their London HQ and demonstrates our ability to scale quickly without compromising on quality or detail.
