Project Overview:
A repeat client since 2014 and initially engaged through a win of a competitive tender, the scope of our relationship with these clients is extensive, working alongside them for more than a decade. Our works with them have included full floor reconfigurations, new floor acquisitions, and relocation to larger spaces – of which they trusted us to take the reigns when it came to design – allowing us to explore new, modern avenues for the corporation.
When considering the layers of trust which the company put into us as a company, we feel this partnership has worked exceptionally well for both parties, allowing each to develop in organic ways across the board. These levels of trust extend into our work, a present a collaborative front to not only clients but the staff that they provide for within their offices.
The Brief:
Projects included reconfiguring 60 Fenchurch Street, expanding into additional floors, and their full relocation to 30 Fenchurch Street. We also completed full dilapidation works at the old site. Tight timelines and legal pressures for vacation from previous premises. Added complexity due to flooring issues and layout changes.
Outcome:
Strong collaboration with the client enabled a seamless transition. The design scope expanded significantly with the 2022 project, allowing for more modern, open-plan workspaces.
