Project Overview:

Our relationship with Kantar spans several years and locations, with the most recent project at their Westgate site demonstrating our capability for unique, structural adaptations. Through our consistent ability to make time-efficient changes when things aren’t quite right for the client, we have worked with Kantar to create a new reception area from the ground up, under an external under croft – a space not originally designed for occupancy, emphasising our efforts to help your vision meet precision.

Our extended promise to going above and beyond in situations like this says volumes about who we are, and the relationships we form with our clients, leaving a lasting impression and nurturing these to ensure both parties remain satisfied not only throughout the project, but in the months prior to completion.

The Brief:

The Westgate reception project required a thoughtful, bespoke solution that responded to site constraints while meeting Kantar’s modern office standards. With an expectation for finish and function, the focus remained heavily on craftsmanship and long-term quality, something that we carry throughout every process at 345.

Outcome:

We successfully delivered a functional, welcoming reception space that now serves as a key point of entry for Kantar’s team and visitors, as well as a multitude of other projects, which we helped Kantar to navigate from the outset. Our attention to detail and collaborative design process continues to strengthen our long-standing relationship with the client.

Memo Fashion

As a sub-division of this, 345 have also completed works with Memo Fashion, introduced through a referral from Kantar. We were invited to deliver a stylish, bespoke office fit-out for Memo, a brand who are known for their design-led approach, giving us much more creative freedom within it. The project required creating a functional yet creative environment that embodied the aesthetic of a contemporary fashion label.

The task involved subdividing a floor to create a branded workspace that balanced open collaboration zones with quieter, task-orientated areas. The design language had to reflect Memo’s identity, with materials, finishes and layouts all contributing to the brands narrative.

In delivering a highly tailored space that combines fashion sensibility with workplace functionality, the final result was a visually engaging environment that has received positive feedback from staff and visitors alike.
