We’d like to tell you a
little about ourselves.

I’ve been with 345 for over 18 years now, and I still love what I do. My day-to-day involves steering the business, supporting the team, looking after our long-standing client relationships, and always keeping an eye out for new opportunities.

Outside of work, I’m a competitive amateur bodybuilder and a regular at the gym. Now that I’m over 50, I’m slowly shifting into golf and CrossFit. What might surprise people about me? I’ve got a soft spot for corny Christmas movies. Best part of working at 345? The team and our clients — constantly learning, growing, and pushing forward together.

Technically, I’ve been around 345 my whole life — but officially joined the team in June 2024 after deciding to change career paths. I’m currently learning the ropes across all areas of the business, from estimating and procurement to health and safety, contractor coordination, and client liaison. I even make a mean cup of tea.

Outside of work, I’m into fitness, live music, and playing the drums when I get the chance. Before this, I was a chef in some top kitchens — I could talk about food all day. What I love most about 345 is how quickly you can make a real impact.

I’ve been part of 345 Interiors since around 2010 — starting part-time and now working full-time managing the accounts and admin. Day to day, I handle everything from invoicing, VAT returns, and payment runs to setting up suppliers and making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

I love going to the gym, cooking for friends and family, travelling, and getting out on long dog walks. If I weren’t at 345, I’d probably be doing something creative — maybe interior design, luxury travel planning, or working at a spa. Working with family is the best part of working at 345.

Although I haven’t been in the business long, I’ve grown up around 345 — so the ethos, the focus on quality, and the importance of strong client relationships have always been familiar to me. My role in marketing is wonderfully varied. I get to shape creative strategies, direct content, and curate visuals for our digital platforms — no two days ever look the same.

Away from work, I love going to the gym, walking our family dog Leo, and creating content for my own photography and videography channels. A fun fact: I’ve modelled for brands like Laura Mercier and bareMinerals — a proud chapter I won’t forget. What I love most about 345 is the closeness. It feels like family — because it is.

I’ve been full-time with 345 for nearly six years, but I was working with the team on various projects long before that. These days, I manage day-to-day operations — meeting clients, translating designs into finished spaces, handling procurement, health and safety, quality control, and more. No two days are ever the same.

I’m into road biking, fishing, city breaks, long walks, and following F1. What might surprise people about me? I once dated Jennifer Lopez — but had to let her go! Also, I’m a huge Star Wars and Marvel fan. Best thing about 345? There’s always something new to learn.

I support the team, our clients, and our site crews with everything design-related — from the initial brief to final completion and beyond. Outside of work, I love coaching and playing baseball, writing my book, and getting stuck into organic gardening.

What might surprise people about me? Other than the fact I’m writing a book on sustainable design; I’ve also broken nearly every bone in my body! I’m currently developing a pioneering, sustainable, off-grid construction technique in southern Spain — using materials from the land, on the land. The best thing about 345? It’s a team that genuinely puts the client first.

I officially joined 345 in early 2025, but I’ve known most of the team for years. I first met Mark and Lee about 15 years ago during a refurb project, and we’ve worked together ever since — so stepping into a formal role felt like a natural next step. I’m currently focused on health and safety, accreditations, and company policies.

I’m a huge theatre fan — recent favourites include Noughts & Crosses and The Devil Wears Prada. When I’m not at the theatre, you’ll usually find me at the Emirates supporting Arsenal or in a yoga or Pilates studio. Fun fact: I used to teach swimming and lifesaving, and once upon a time, even Sunday school!
